At Kinkoi Shibari we take the privacy of everyone who interacts with us very seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why and how we protect it, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPD-GDD).

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide when you contact us via email, WhatsApp, Instagram or other direct channels. This may include your name, email address or other contact details you choose to share. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry or, with your express consent, to keep you informed about association activities. This website has no registration forms, no e-commerce and does not collect data automatically beyond the technical cookies described in the Cookie Policy.

Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the association in handling incoming communications (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, where applicable, on the express consent you may provide to receive information about activities (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

We retain your data for as long as the relationship is maintained or the data is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Once the relationship ends or consent is withdrawn, data will be deleted within a maximum of three years, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

Kinkoi Shibari does not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Data will only be disclosed to competent authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
